Deep experience drives good decisions. It can’t be learned in a class or downloaded as an app. It must be lived. My own experiences help my clients get the best in real estate services.
Before becoming a REALTOR® I was a general manager for several well-known retail chains (think Dillard’s and Target). That says a lot about my business skills! But as I moved up the career ladder I had to move physically, too—nine times in 18 years. Usually I needed to rent or buy housing during one visit to my new location, with little information or professional help. Since college, I’ve moved more than 20 times. I understand the many reasons people move and know how to meet their needs when they do.
One time I was contacted by an airman who was deployed to Pakistan. He’d received orders to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and wanted to buy a home for his family. We spent two weeks taking video tours of available properties, but nothing clicked. Then I learned about another home coming on the market. It was perfect, and we closed the transaction just in time. That’s experience in action!
My biggest professional accomplishment has been to grow my business into a team. As an associate broker, I bring skills and accountability sales agents don’t have. Backing me up are three handpicked, licensed REALTORS®. Together we make certain your transaction, as a seller or buyer, is completed accurately and on time.
Friends say I’m honest, hard-working, patient, focused, and a “go-to person” if you want something done. I’m also painfully frank, which is a good thing. Real estate is no place for sugar coatings! And I’m here for the long haul. Whether you’re in Pakistan or Gila Bend, please get in touch. I’m ready to help!
